1. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Any request for cancellation of registration or accommodation must be sent by an email to masicongondia2026@gmail.com with due mention of name & registration number of the delegate.

2. CANCELLATION CHARGES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

• Cancellation on or before September 30, 2025 = 25% of registration & accommodation charges will be Deducted Cancellation on or before December 31, 2025 = 50% of registration & accommodation Charges will be deducted Cancellation on or after January 1″, 2026 = 100% of registration & Accommodation charges will be deducted Refunds will be issued 3 weeks after the conference by cheque only.
